I was inspired to draw this so that I can replace the picture of Sailor Jupiter in my current gallery. I can scrap that one now. I never really watched that many episodes of Sailormoon when it was playing on TV. My little sisters use to love that show. That was when there were not that many Japanese style cartoons on TV. I have recently really taken a liking to Sailor Mercury. I think it was after I saw a music video that someone had made featuring her with that song "Original". Speaking of original, ahem this is not one, this pose is so famous that I do not even have to say that but I will. This was done with color pencils, a sharpie and a color printout of planet mercury, so please don't accuse me of not having drawn the planet. It would have taken me forever, and that is only if I knew how to go about it, which I didn't. Maybe my next piece should be a rendering of a planet!
I'd like to show you some awesome nature related work from more or less unknown artists which deserve more attention - this is a must see, you won't regret it!!!
Daily Literature Deviations is a group that is dedicated to bringing literature to the forefront of the deviantArt community. We attempt to accomplish this by daily featuring Literature artists from around the community that deserve the recognition, but are not getting it.
Each day we will feature 5 deviations from the Literature categories in a News Article. In order to support the artists that we feature, we ask that you the news article as well as check out the individual pieces. We understand that each day you may not be able to check out each and every one of the pieces, everyone has their own things going on. We just ask that you make an attempt to help support the growing Literature community.
I'm a lover of visual impacts. I like brilliant colors and shapes. And I decided to collect a whole stack of deviations that reflect that taste. These pieces showcased below deserve every bit of publicity you can give them. x)P
